NW Land Clearing didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in the field — in the steep, rain-soaked hillsides of Portland’s West Hills, in the overgrown rural parcels of Clackamas County, and in the dense Douglas fir thickets of the Tualatin Valley. We grew out of Monkeyman’s Tree Service, a company that has served the Portland metro area since 2008 and earned a reputation built on certified expertise, honest pricing, and work that speaks for itself.
As demand for large-scale land clearing, forestry mulching, and site preparationgrew, we recognized that these projects needed their own dedicated team heavier equipment, deeper site prep expertise, and a crew trained specifically for the scale and complexity of clearing work. So we built NW Land Clearing as a focused brand: everything land clearing, nothing half-measured.
